It truly does not matter how many bells and whistles or high-tech your training is if you can not make it work with your lifestyle. Let us help you find the most efficient way to train while keeping your family and life in check.
In order to make sure that Tam can give the highest quality service to her clients, she limits the number of clients that she works with. Please look at the below options, which are almost full for 2020. Please note, due to the different needs of every client, these prices below are guidelines and may change as Tam finds out more about the client in her initial consultation. There is a 1-time fee of $99 to get a first-time client set-up in our system. The initial consultation with Tam is free of charge.
